Brief: A commercial site manager contacted us after growing increasingly frustrated by irregular contractor visits. Poor communication and random invoicing made it impossible to accurately track or budget their ongoing grounds maintenance.
What we did: We moved the site entirely away from ad hoc visits and established a structured Service Level Agreement (SLA). We designed a fully comprehensive maintenance plan tailored around their specific needs. Ensuring dependable scheduled visits with fixed pricing and digital service reports sent immediately after every single visit.
The result: The commercial property remains maintained the high season with zero operational downtime. The management team finally gained total clarity over their schedule and maintenance costs, allowing them to focus entirely on day to day business operations.
Restoring standards on 15 residential blocks
Brief: A block management firm contacted us early in the growing season after the current contractor failed to maintain regular visits. Suffering from overgrown lawns and communal areas neglected.
What we did: We visited immediately to get the grounds under control. Our team carried out an intensive initial visit, overdue lawn cuts, weed sprays to paths and car parking. Lastly a thorough trim of all communal hedges and shrubs. Once the blocks were restored to a high standard, we placed the properties on a reliable schedule of works.
The result: The blocks remain consistently maintained throughout the year. Establishing regular visits and providing automated digital service reports after every single visit, the property manager has full visibility and zero leaseholder complaints.
Multi site contract growth through structured service delivery
Brief: A facilities manager contacted us in the autumn to address issues across two of their active sites. Their previous contractor was turning up unannounced, no schedule of work and sending unpredictable invoices.
What we did: We conducted a site walk through in autumn at both locations. Assessing each site for its requirements and dangers before submitting a formal proposal over the winter. When accepted we had plenty of time ahead of the spring growing season to prepare all necessary documents and schedule the entire contracts visits.
The result: We rolled out a Service Level Agreement the following spring, keeping to a strict schedule of visits. Renewing for another year of dependable service, predictable invoicing and digital reports, the contract has grown to include a third commercial site within their portfolio.
Multi site hospital grounds management and specialist planting
Brief: We were brought in via a direct recommendation to take over two medical facilities. The properties had outgrown their previous lone contractor, who was struggling to keep pace with the intense, year round maintenance demands.
What we did: Implementing a structured maintenance schedule to maintain and restore the various areas of the hospital. Entrances, access routes, gardens, lawns and woodland. Over multiple years of service, we cleared neglected areas of the grounds. This partnership culminated in our team replanting a dedicated therapy garden, which was used as a filming location for the group’s television advertisement.
The result: By providing a dependable schedule the grounds are improving year on year. Our consistent performance has resulted in the contract expanding to cover additional areas of the site.
