Annual Grounds Maintenance

Scheduled PPM contracts to keep your site tidy and safe. Our standard specification covers grass cutting, hedge and shrub trimming, hard surface weed control and leaf clearance. This is a fixed annual price split into predictable monthly invoices.

Seasonal & ad hoc grounds maintenance

Extra grounds managment including fencing repairs, commercial tree care and landscaping refreshes. These additional tasks are priced and booked in as needed, offered exclusively for our contracted clients.

Compliance & service reporting
