How Our Pay-for-Performance (P4P) System Works

Breaking It Down Further:

Base Pay + Performance Bonuses – You’ll always have a guaranteed base wage, but you can increase your earnings by working efficiently and meeting/exceeding goals.

More Work = More Pay – If you complete jobs faster while maintaining high-quality work, you’re rewarded with higher pay instead of being limited to an hourly wage.
