  • Brief:<\/b> A block management firm contacted us early in the growing season after the current contractor failed to maintain regular visits. Suffering from overgrown lawns and communal areas neglected.<\/p><\/li>

  • What we did:<\/b> We visited immediately to get the grounds under control. Our team carried out an intensive initial visit, overdue lawn cuts,\u00a0 weed sprays to paths and car parking. Lastly a thorough trim of all communal hedges and shrubs. Once the blocks were restored to a high standard, we placed the properties on a reliable schedule of works.<\/p><\/li>

    • Brief:<\/b> A facilities manager contacted us in the autumn to address issues across two of their active sites. Their previous contractor was turning up unannounced, no schedule of work and sending unpredictable invoices.<\/p><\/li>

    • What we did:<\/b> We conducted a site walk through in autumn at both locations. Assessing each site for its requirements and dangers before submitting a formal proposal over the winter. When accepted we had plenty of time ahead of the spring growing season to prepare all necessary documents and schedule the entire contracts visits.<\/p><\/li>

    • The result:<\/b> We rolled out a Service Level Agreement the following spring, keeping to a strict schedule of visits.       • What we did:<\/b> Implementing a structured maintenance schedule to maintain and restore the various areas of the hospital. Entrances, access routes, gardens, lawns and woodland. Over multiple years of service, we cleared neglected areas of the grounds. This partnership culminated in our team replanting a dedicated therapy garden, which was used as a filming location for the group\u2019s television advertisement.<\/p><\/li>
