2. Term Time and Scheduling

School timetables don’t move. Exams, events and busy periods mean some times of day or year are more sensitive than others.
Noise or disruption at the wrong moment can cause real problems.

How we deal with it:
Work is planned around the school calendar. Exam periods, events and busy times are taken into account when scheduling visits, so the work gets done without causing disruption.

3. Budget Control and Planning

The issue:
A low headline price can quickly become expensive if every extra task needs separate approval or paperwork. This also creates more admin for already busy site teams.

How we deal with it:
Maintenance is planned in a clear and straightforward way.

How we deal with it:
We treat the site team as the main point of contact. We check in when we arrive, discuss anything that needs attention, carry out the work and report back before leaving.
