Commercial operators require PA1 and PA6 to spray chemicals from a knapsack.
PA1 covers the storage, handling and disposal of chemicals.
PA6 includes the calibration and application using a knapsack sprayer only.
Our operators have both these qualifications.
We advise the use on hard surfaces like driveways and paths etc. These areas are impossible to remove the roots of weeds.
The chemicals require direct contact with the plant to work, they are not contaminating to the soil.
We don’t recommend other areas as we are conscious of the environmental impact of Glyphosate while still being realistic in the affordability of certain tasks.
Our operators have disposal suits, masks and gloves. All rated and approved for this usage.
