The clearance is far more efficient when the leaves have just fallen, when they get soaked they stick to the grass/surfaces etc. Equalling more cost to remove.

Eco and Standard the waste is hidden under hedges or mulched to rot down out of sight.
Two options.
We can clear the grass of leaves then cut the lawn. Collecting and removing all the waste. This leaves the tidiest finish.
We can mulch the leaves/grass together. The lawn is cut multiple times to achieve a tidy finish but this requires the ground conditions to be firm as the mulching mower is heavier.
